Chef Holly Eden Morrow

Holly Eden Morrow nourishes the body and the soul. Her work has spanned industries and continents, and has changed hearts and lives. Holly grew up around the world, living in Spain and France. Immersion in a variety of cultures inspired the globetrotting multi-linguist to follow her childhood dream: she became a professional chef, attending the original Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, France in 1984 receiving certification in both cuisine and pastries. Her passion for food led her to open her own catering company, Eden Healthy, which she owns and operates to this day. She has worked for many restaurants and private clubs in San Diego: Rancho Valencia Resort, The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, Southwestern Yacht Club and Bernardo Heights Country Club. She has been an Executive Chef for many years. Holly frequently taught cooking classes at "Voila" in Del Mar Highlands. She was given the opportunity to cook for the Chaine de Rotisseurs; a special event for her to be a part of amongst other female chefs in attendance. She has worked as an event planner and chef for global dignitaries, movie stars, professional athletes, famous musicians and has even cooked for 15,000 Marines.
Although her studies were in French pastries and cuisine, she has developed her own style over the years. Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle is important to her. She says "people really do want to eat healthier, they just don't have the time ". Holly believes that food is fun, because it allows her to be creative and she really enjoys what she does. She enjoys cooking food from all around the world, because there are so many wonderful and distinct flavors from which to choose.
